What is strategic change management?
At RCC, it means guiding the structural, human resource-related, political and cultural dimensions of change that can either impede or facilitate an initiative’s success. It includes strategy planning and execution, team building, high stakes meeting facilitation, conflict management, executive coaching and more. We group these interventions under the strategic change label because every one we lead is constructed with an eye to how it furthers or aligns with organization strategy, and how the change it engenders needs to be managed to guarantee successful implementation and results.
