Team Members

Katherine M. Curran, Ph.D.

As principal since 1992 of Resources for Creative Change, Inc., an organizational change consulting firm, Kathy focuses her practice in two areas. The first comprises consulting on the issues that surround creating and implementing strategic change. Her expertise there spans strategy planning, business process redesign, change management, conflict management, organization politics, action learning/organizational learning, team development, empowerment, leadership development and coaching, and high-stakes meeting facilitation. Her second concentration focuses on providing learning experiences in the area of gender, power and organizational politics as they pertain to leadership.

Kathy is a faculty member of the Masters of Arts in Organizational Leadership program at the College of St. Catherine in St. Paul, MN, and a workshop presenter for Menttium, Inc., a provider of mentoring partners for high potential leaders. She chairs the Women’s Business Committee for the Woman’s Club of Minneapolis and serves on the Advisory Committee for the Leadership Institute at the College of St. Catherine.
