Leadership for Change: Power, Politics and Ethics Workshop...

This eight-session action learning based seminar is designed to immerse you fully in the Political Savvy model, and equip you to become a politically savvy leader. With a group of six to ten other women leaders, you create a safe learning community in which you can discuss real life situations and learn and experiment with Political Savvy principles and practices. Each session contains handouts, dialog, and group, individual and reflective exercises that will enable you to immediately try out what you’re learning, get feedback from others and incorporate the results into your leadership toolkit. The planned outcome for the seminar is for you to design your own political change campaign for an initiative you care about and have enough tools to immediately implement it back at your workplace.
